introduction:
- Miracle Accounting Software (hereinafter Also referred to as “AK Softwares”) respects and protects the privacy of the individuals that access the information and use the services provided through them. Individually identifiable information about the Applicant is not wilfully disclosed to any third party without first receiving the Applicant’s permission, as covered in this Privacy Policy. Please be aware, however, that AK Software will release specific personal information about the Applicant if required to do so in the following circumstances

- 5. “Sensitive Personal Data” means such personal information which consists of information relating to password, financial information, health condition, sexual orientation, medical records, biometric information as defined in the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011.
Data Collection:
- 1. When you use our Platform, we collect and store your information which is provided by you from time to time. In general, you may browse the Platform without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Once you give us your personal information, you are not anonymous to us. You always have the option to not provide information by choosing not to use a particular service or product provided by us.

AK Softwares shall not be responsible for the third-party business partner’s privacy practices or the content of their privacy policies, and we request you to read their privacy policies prior to disclosing any information

- 1. Miracle Software will take required technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or manipulation of the information shared. Once your information is in our possession, we adhere to our security guidelines to protect it against unauthorized access.

- 3. You acknowledge the fact that data transmitted through internet may be naturally prone to insecurity and Miracle Software cannot guarantee with regard to it.

- “Third-Party Services” are products, applications, services, software, networks, systems, directories, websites, databases and information from third parties, that one or more Products link to, or which Customer may connect to or enable in conjunction with one or more Products. Customer may decide to enable, access or use any Third-Party Services (as defined above). Customer agrees that access and use of such Third-Party Services shall be governed solely by the terms and conditions of such Third-Party Services, and that Miracle Software is not responsible or liable for, and makes no representations or warranties as to any aspect of such Third-Party Services, including, without limitation, their content or data practices (including with regards to Customer Data and Personal Data) or any interaction between Customer and the provider of such Third-Party Services, regardless of whether or not such Third-party Services are provided by a third party that is a member of a Miracle Software partner program or otherwise designated by Miracle Software as “certified”, or “approved” by or “integrated” with Miracle Software . Any use by Customer of Third-Party Services shall be solely between Customer and the applicable third-party provider. Customer irrevocably waives any claim against Miracle Software with respect to such Third-Party Services. Miracle Software is not liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with Customer’s enablement, access or use of any such Third-Party Services, or Customer’s reliance on the privacy practices, data security processes or other policies of such Third-party Services.
Your Rights and Choices:
- Right to Confirmation and Access: Right to know what personal data is stored by Miracle Software, how personal data is being used by Miracle Software
- Right to Correction and Updation: Right to access, update or correct Data residing with Miracle Software
- Right to Data Portability: Right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Also, the right to transmit this data to another vendor/company of your choice without hindrance from Miracle Software
- Right to Be Forgotten or Deletion: Right to erasure or restrict or prevent continuing disclosure of Data to Miracle Software
- Right to withdrawal of consent: Miracle Software will provide you with an opportunity to exit or withdraw consent from processing your data further. however, that withdrawal of consent will not be retroactive and will be in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy, related Terms of Use and applicable laws
